Tapas Intensive — Four Weeks of Steady Practice

September 1 — September 28

enrolment is essential — spots are limited

September signals the arrival of spring—the natural moment to shed winter’s weight and cultivate renewal. This four-week intensive centers on tapas: the disciplined, transformative fire that fuels sustained change.

Across twenty-four classes, we will progressively cultivate strength, steadiness, and clarity,

Four weeks. Twenty four classes. One commitment to your practice.

This intensive is not about fleeting effort or perfection, but the quiet accumulation of practice through consistent presence. Committing fully creates the conditions for depth and transformation rarely accessible through sporadic attendance.

We’ll draw on the traditional pillars of yoga—discipline (tapas), self-study (svādhyāya), and surrender (īśvarapraṇidhāna)—not as abstract concepts, but as tools you can apply both on and off the mat.

By the end of the four weeks, expect a palpable strengthening of body and mind—a clearer connection to your practice, and a steadier presence in daily life.

Whether rekindling a paused practice, deepening an existing one, or seeking to anchor new habits, this intensive offers a rigorous yet compassionate framework to meet you where you are.
